1. I don’t have a bank account. How do I withdraw from my e-wallet account with Ejen Bank BSN?

⚠️ Important: BSN Agent Withdrawal service is currently unavailable until further notice.

2. I am a Basic/Premium Wallet user. Why can’t I withdraw from my e-Wallet account?

Only Platinum Wallet users are allowed to perform withdrawal.

3. How do I withdraw from my e-Wallet account?

To withdraw from your e-wallet, kindly perform the following steps.

Step 1: Go to “My Account”, and under “Account Setting” select “eWallet Account”.

Step 2: Select “Withdrawal”.

Step 3: Add your personal Bank Account Number and select your Bank Name from the list.

Note:

Cash withdrawal is ONLY for credit of own personal bank account.
Cash withdrawal is NOT PERMITTED for funds topped up via debit/credit cards. (Refer Section 3.15 of Terms and Conditions of Services).
We will process the withdrawal requests with 7 business days.*

*A fee of RM1.00 will incur for every withdrawal requests.

4. What are the withdrawal limits?

Withdrawals can only be made through Platinum Wallet users. Below are the withdrawal limits:

a) The accumulated daily withdrawal limit = RM1,000

b) Monthly withdrawal limit = RM6,000

c) Yearly withdrawal limit = RM36,000

5. I am a Basic Wallet User, and I have balance in my wallet, what should I do with the balance as I am leaving Malaysia?

Here are the few options on what you can do with your balance before leaving Malaysia:

i. You can transfer your balance to another S PAY GLOBAL user

ii. Your balance will still remain in your e-Wallet. You may use it again in your next visit to Malaysia
