S PAY GLOBAL DuitNow Je Campaign — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the DuitNow Je Campaign (“Campaign”) jointly undertaken by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (SNT) and Payments Network Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (PayNet). By participating in this Campaign, all users agree to the Terms set out below.

CAMPAIGN DURATION

  1. The Campaign runs from 22 December 2025 at 00:00:00 (GMT+8) until 21 March 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8).
  2. SNT reserves the right to revise, halt or extend the Campaign Period if required.
  3. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

The Campaign consists of three festive batches:

  1. Batch 1: 22 Dec 2025 – 21 Jan 2026 (Christmas & New Year)
  2. Batch 2: 22 Jan 2026 – 21 Feb 2026 (Chinese New Year)
  3. Batch 3: 22 Feb 2026 – 21 Mar 2026 (Hari Raya)


ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Campaign is open to all registered S PAY GLOBAL users (“Participants”).
  2. To qualify, Participants must perform DuitNow payments to valid DuitNow Merchant QR Codes, whether displayed by S PAY GLOBAL or other DuitNow merchants, during the Campaign Period.
  3. Employees of SNT and parties directly involved in managing or administering the Campaign are not eligible.


WINNER SELECTION

  1. Winners will be selected based on the combined total amount, in Ringgit Malaysia, of all their qualifying DuitNow payments made during the batch period.
  2. Top two hundred (200) Participants of each batch will each receive RM300 via S PAY GLOBAL eCredit (“Reward”).
  3. Each Participant may receive the Reward once only throughout the entire Campaign.
  4. All shortlisted winners will undergo validation checks to ensure compliance with eligibility rules.
  5. A maximum of two hundred (200) winners will be selected for each batch, with up to six hundred (600) winners in total across the entire Campaign.

 

HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED

  1. Winner determination for each batch will be completed within thirty (30) days after the end of the batch period.
  2. Winners are selected based solely on total qualifying DuitNow spend within the batch period.
  3. Illustrative Example:

- User A: RM20 + RM15 + RM65 = RM100

- User B: RM90

- User C: 10 × RM5 = RM50 

- Ranking: A > B > C. Total spend determines ranking.


QUALIFYING TRANSACTIONS

Qualifying:

  1. Payments made to DuitNow Merchant QR Codes (S PAY GLOBAL or other DuitNow merchants)

Not Qualifying:

  1. Payments made using S PAY GLOBAL Proprietary QR codes.
  2. DuitNow QR fund transfers to individuals.
  3. Reversed, refunded, duplicated, or cancelled transactions.

SNT reserves the right to verify all transactions and exclude any that do not meet the criteria or indicate irregular, suspicious, manipulated or fraudulent activity.


REWARD CREDITING

  1. Winners will be notified via SPG-registered email within thirty (30) days after each batch concludes.
  2. Rewards will be credited via eCredit into each winner’s S PAY GLOBAL eCredit wallet.
  3. Winners must acknowledge receipt of the eCredit before use.
  4. SNT is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate user information, system issues, or validation factors.
  5. Reward is not for sale, non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn in cash.

 

DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRIES

S PAY GLOBAL may disqualify Participants who:

  1. Breach these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Engage in fraud, cheating, manipulation, abuse, or any act affecting Campaign integrity.

SNT is not liable for losses arising from disqualification.


CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA

  1. SNT will process personal data responsibly according to applicable data protection laws.
  2. Data obtained will only be used for Campaign fulfilment, winner validation and required reporting.


CONSENT

Participants consent that S PAY GLOBAL may share their SPG user name, full name, NRIC, mobile number, and email address with PayNet solely for Campaign validation and fulfilment.

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Verification and Integrity Checks: SNT may conduct verification checks on Participants and transactions to ensure campaign integrity. Transactions deemed irregular, incomplete, suspicious or fraudulent will be excluded.
  2. Campaign Amendments and Suspension: SNT may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign or its Terms if necessary to ensure compliance, operational feasibility or regulatory alignment.
  3. Finality of Decisions: All decisions relating to eligibility, selection of winners and reward distribution are final following internal verification.
  4. Compliance with Terms and Conditions: By participating in the DuitNow Je Campaign, the Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments or updates made by SNT. The Participant acknowledges that their use of the S PAY GLOBAL app remains subject to its applicable terms and conditions.

Compliance with Terms and Conditions: By participating in the DuitNow Je Campaign, the Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments or updates made by SNT. The Participant acknowledges that their use of the S PAY GLOBAL app remains subject to its applicable terms and conditions.
  9. Processing of Personal Data: The Participant authorizes and consents to SNT processing, collecting, storing, using, and disclosing their personal data for purposes necessary or related to participation in the Campaign. This includes transaction validation, winner selection, reward fulfilment, reporting, and Campaign administration. The Participant confirms that any personal data provided is complete and accurate.
  10. Disclosure of Personal Data: The Participant consents to SNT sharing relevant personal data with PayNet strictly for Campaign validation, reporting, and fulfilment in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  11. Use of Images and Marketing Materials: Where applicable, the Participant grants SNT the right to use non-sensitive Campaign-related content, including anonymized or general information, for promotional or reporting purposes. Any such usage will comply with applicable data protection laws and SNT privacy practices. Images of Participants will not be used without explicit consent.
  12. Exclusion of Liability: SNT, including its affiliates and related corporations, will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense suffered or sustained by the Participant in connection with the Campaign, except where liability cannot be legally excluded. This includes indirect, special, or consequential losses.
  13. Prevailing Terms: These Terms and Conditions prevail over any inconsistent terms, provisions, or representations contained in other Campaign materials.
  14. Right to Amend: SNT reserves the right to vary, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions by providing reasonable notice through its official communication channels. All decisions made by SNT regarding the Campaign are final and not open for appeal.
  15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will first be addressed through consultation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts
  16. No Waiver: Any delay or failure by SNT to exercise its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights, and partial exercise of any right does not preclude further exercise.
  17. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  18. No Assignment: The Participant may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. SNT may assign its rights or benefits under these Terms by providing notice to the Participant.
  19. General Terms & Conditions of Warranties: Subject to applicable laws, SNT makes no warranties regarding the Reward and disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights
  20. Force Majeure: If the Campaign cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond SNT’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures, or regulatory directives, SNT may withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Campaign. SNT will not be liable for any resulting loss or impact. In cases of suspected fraud or unlawful conduct, SNT may take appropriate action, including disqualification or termination.
  21. Participant Responsibility: SNT is not responsible for any loss, harm, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the Participant arising from an inability to utilize the Reward due to the Participant’s own act, omission, or account issues.
