2020 Sarawak Pay Day Top Up Reward Campaign Terms & Conditions

SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the organization operating Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing this campaign for Sarawak Pay users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment.

 

Campaign Name: 2020 Sarawak Pay Day Top Up Reward Campaign (hereinafter refer to as “The Campaign”)

 

The Campaign is set out with the Terms & Conditions as follows:

  1. Top-up reward shall be credited into User’s reward account upon successful top up during The Campaign period.  Top-up into Sarawak Pay e-wallet can be done using Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Card or at BSN Agents.
  2. The Campaign Period is on 22nd July 2020 for one (1) day, starting from 07:22:00hrs and shall end on the same day at 23:59:59hrs, OR whenever the allocated fund is fully issued, whichever is earlier.  
  3. Each Sarawak Pay account is eligible for multiple Top-Up rewards, up to a maximum amount (cumulative top up reward amount) of RM50.
  4. The Top-Up Reward amount given shall be randomly generated by the Sarawak Pay system. Appeal on the reward amount in any form shall not be entertained.
  5. SNT reserves the rights and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate The Campaign prior to the expiry of the campaign period, wholly or in part, at any time.
  6. Gaming or manipulating the original intention of The Campaign in any form is totally prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate the user AND recover all the rewards paid if any user is found to participate in such activities.
  7. SNT’s decision on all matters relating to The Campaign shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning The Campaign. No appeal and/or correspondence from any user or any third party will be entertained.
  8. SNT shall not be responsible or accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the user and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from The Campaign.
  9. By the act of the individual user participating in The Campaign means that the user has read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and users agree to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

1. User is to make payment to participating merchants via Sarawak Pay APP to be eligible for The Campaign.
2. Users can also Pay your Bill from your e-Wallet in Sarawak Pay APP to be eligible for this higher cashback reward.
3. The Campaign is from 07:22:00, 22nd July 2020 and shall end on 23:59:59, 31st July 2020 or when the allocated fund is fully issued, whichever is earlier.  
4. The higher cashback reward amount given is randomly generated by the Sarawak Pay system. Appeal on the reward amount in any form shall not be entertained.
