SPayGlobal Kempen Sambutan Perayaan 60 Tahun Sarawak Merdeka Terms & Conditions
SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the organization operating SPayGlobal for Sarawak Government. SNT conducts promotional campaigns for SPayGlobal users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment.
Campaign Name: SPayGlobal Kempen Sambutan Perayaan 60 Tahun Sarawak Merdeka Terms & Conditions (hereinafter refer to as “the Campaign”)
The Campaign is set out with the Terms & Conditions as follows:
1. Users who perform payment amount of RM10 or above via SPayGlobal eWallet to merchant will earn entries to SPayGlobal Lucky Draw and win vouchers as stipulated below:

2. Each user is limited to 2 entries a day.
3. User can win up to 8 vouchers throughout campaign.
4. Vouchers are available while stocks last.
5. Voucher is automatically applied when User make the next payment at merchants using SPayGlobal.
6. Any claims on the voucher after campaign period or after allocated vouchers are fully issued shall not be entertained.
7. To utilize the voucher, the minimum spent must be above the voucher value as stipulated in the voucher terms.
8. SNT reserves the rights and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign prior to the expiry of the campaign period, wholly or in part, at any time.
9. Gaming or manipulating the original intention of the Campaign in any form is totally prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate the user AND recover all the voucher value if any user is found to participate in such activities.
10. SNT’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Campaign. No appeal and/or correspondence from any user or any third party will be entertained.
11. SNT shall not be responsible or accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the user and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from the Campaign.
12. By the act of the individual user participating in the Campaign means that the user has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and users agree to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
