There are two (2) ways which you can pay your bills with S PAY GLOBAL.
Method 1
Scan & Pay with your physical bill’s S PAY GLOBAL QR code using the app.
Method 2
Subscribe to your bills.
Step 1: Select “Pay Bill”.
Step 2: Select “Add New Bill”.
Step 3: Choose Biller from the list.
Step 4: Enter your account information.
Note: Refer to your physical bill for the account information needed to subscribe for the bill. If you need further assistance, please call our S PAY GLOBAL Customer Service line at 082-22 45 99.
It is a summary of the bills you are currently subscribed to.
You can subscribe to local utility bills such as SESCO, Kuching Water Board (KWB), JBALB and Local Council Assessment bills, and etc.
For a complete list of billers, refer to the list on the app under the “Pay Bill” section when you select “Add New Bill”.
After successful bill subscription, please allow within 2-3 working days for the biller to process the request. Once done, any outstanding bill will be reflected in your account.
This means that the bill has already been subscribed by owner/user in PayBillsMalaysia. Assessment bill can only be subscribed once.

Yes, you can unsubscribe your bill anytime at the “My Subscribed Bill” section.
To differentiate each account under the same biller, you may provide a nickname for each account.
Step 1: Go to PayBillsMalaysia website and login with your S PAY GLOBAL username and password.
Step 2: Select “Active” on the side menu.
Step 3: Add a nickname and check the “Update Nickname” box.
Step 4: Click “Update”.
The biller has already generated a new bill before you made payment and thus the amount has not been updated yet. This will be updated in the next billing cycle instead.
For any enquiries regarding bills not being updated or discrepancies in the system, kindly note that S PAY GLOBAL/PayBillsMalaysia are only payment gateways and that all bills displayed in the app are updated by the respective billers. Please contact the billers should you encounter any issue with your bills.
If you have already paid your bill, kindly allow some time for the system to update the listing.

You cannot change the amount of the bill generated in the “Pay My Bills” list. You may login to your PayBillsMalaysia account to pay the current amount. Alternatively, you can also choose to use open payment.
Yes, you can add custom remarks/notes when paying your bill as this helps to identify the bills that are being paid. You may enter your remarks/notes at the payment screen of the bill.
You can get your receipt via the “Share Receipt” feature of your bill payment and save the file to your phone with any app that supports PDF document sharing. You can do so under the “History” tab (shown up to 3 months) and obtain the receipt from there.
Yes, you can pay your Unifi Home, Unifi Business and Unifi Mobile using S PAY GLOBAL eWallet.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: At the Home screen, tap on “Lifestyle”.
Step 2: Tap “Internet” and select Unifi.
Step 3: Enter your Account Number and the amount to pay.
Step 4: Tap Pay to confirm your payment.
