Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


1. Is this Aid Wallet feature available for all users?

Only users who meet the eligibility criteria and have been approved by Ministry of Education, Innovation and Talent Development Sarawak (MEITD) will be able to access the Aid Wallet feature on the S PAY GLOBAL app.

 

2. Where can I find the Aid Wallet feature?

The Aid Wallet icon can be found on the home screen. It is represented with the State Crest (hornbill) icon.

3. Am I a recipient? How do I verify my eligibility status?

Recipients can check their eligibility on the Yayasan Sarawak Website - https://myys.yayasansarawak.org.my/

 

4. I have checked my eligibility and been approved of the assistance. What should I do next?

You will need to acknowledge the aid next. Click on the image below to refer to our step-by-step guide.

After acknowledging the aid, your aid disbursement will be processed. You should receive the funds shortly.

 

5. I have verified my status through the Yayasan App but did not see any Aid Wallet icon in my SPG app. What should I do?

Launch your S PAY GLOBAL app and update the app when prompted. After the update is complete, reopen your app and the Aid Wallet icon should appear on your home screen.


Alternatively, you can also check your official app store to update the app from there.
Note: please ensure that your app is updated to the latest version.

 

6. I have already acknowledged the aid but I have not received the funds yet. Why?

Please note that disbursement may take some time to reflect in your aid wallet. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to check your wallet periodically for updates.

 

7. Where can I view my aid wallet balance?

You can view your Aid Wallet balance by tapping on the aid icon on the home screen. After that, you will see a list of financial aids along with the approved funds for each aid.

You can also view the total available aid funds on the same screen.
