This Campaign is organised by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT) as one of its strategic initiatives to encourage cashless payment. All users who participate in this Campaign shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Terms And Conditions
1. Cashback reward shall only apply to eligible payments made using the S PAY GLOBAL Wallet to original S PAY GLOBAL Merchants through QR Code Scan & Pay, in-app payment, kiosk payment, or point-of-sale integrated payment, subject to the applicable Campaign criteria and eligibility requirements, excluding donation merchants, lottery merchants, and suspended S PAY GLOBAL Merchants.
2. Users may claim or receive the instant cashback after a successful payment transaction in accordance with the applicable Campaign mechanics, claim process, and system availability.
3. The cashback amount, rate, frequency, and reward outcome shall be determined by SNT in accordance with the Campaign configuration and may be randomly or system generated, where applicable.
4. SNT reserves the right to review, revise, vary, suspend, or adjust any aspect of the Cashback Campaign from time to time, subject to applicable laws and reasonable notice where applicable.
5. Any cashback amount or reward previously received by a user shall not constitute a representation, commitment, or guarantee that the same or similar cashback amount, rate, frequency, reward outcome, or Campaign treatment will be made available in the future.
6. Participation in the Campaign does not create any contractual, vested, guaranteed, or fixed right for any user to receive cashback at any particular amount, rate, frequency, or in respect of any specific transaction.
7. Cashback eligibility and reward outcome may vary based on the applicable Campaign criteria and configurations.
8. Cashback will be credited into the user’s S PAY GLOBAL Reward Account. Amount in the Reward Account is owned by the Operator (SNT) and is therefore not transferable or withdrawable by the user.
9. During payment, the system will first deduct the balance from the Reward Account, and then the remaining amount from the user’s eWallet.
10. Earned cashback will be deducted or rolled back accordingly in the event the user cancels the purchase, subject to the merchant’s refund policy. If the user has insufficient amount in the Reward Account, the balance shall be deducted from the user’s eWallet.
11. The user is not entitled to claim any balance in the Reward Account in the event the user closes or terminates the S PAY GLOBAL account.
12. SNT reserves the right to modify, vary, revise, withdraw, suspend, extend, exclude, or terminate this Campaign, wholly or in part, at any time for operational, business, legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
13. Any revision, variation, update, suspension, or change to the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions may be communicated by publication on S PAY GLOBAL’s website, mobile application, or through other appropriate communication channels selected by SNT.
14. Gaming or manipulating the original intention of the Campaign in any form is strictly prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s participation and to recover all rewards paid if any user is found to have participated in such activities.
15. SNT’s decision on matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and no appeals or further requests for review relating to the Campaign or cashback outcomes shall be entertained.
16. SNT shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, claim, or liability arising from or in connection with the Campaign or any cashback reward under the Campaign.
17. By participating in this Campaign, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and the users agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
19. The Campaign is promotional in nature and is introduced by SNT as part of its efforts to encourage cashless payment. Nothing in this Campaign shall be construed as creating any obligation on SNT to maintain any particular cashback structure, reward pattern, or promotional benefit for any duration.
20. Any benefit, feature, or promotional outcome under this Campaign is offered on a discretionary basis subject to these Terms and Conditions and shall not be construed as a rebate, refund, discount entitlement, or monetary right enforceable independently of the Campaign terms.
